If we decide we no longer need or want to display an evaluation form as a choice, how can we hide or un-publish it? All I can find is an option to Delete the form.

In previous applications, deleting the form deleted the completed evaluation data as well, so we're hesitant to delete altogether. If deleting is the only option, is data from evaluations performed on that deleted form still available? How would one search for evaluations complete on a form that was deleted?
