Hi Anush,
we had the same problems with Polycom IP331 used at Genesys Pure Connect before.
Before provisioning you need to update the firmware to the latest release. This way the phones get the latest public certificates from the most common root CA and also from the root CA that Genesys is using.
The firmware is not beeing updated during the provisioning process within Genesys.This needs to be done by yourself.
I can recommend to provide the firmware update using a local FTP server and publish the firmware directory by DHCP options to the phones.

If you are having an issue provisioning the VVX201 phone, I would recommend you take a look at this article from our Resource Center.
If you are still having an issue, you may need to gather some logs from the phone and have our Customer Care support team take a look at what is causing an issue.

Yes i am following the steps mentioned in the link you shared . I am using below settings to obtain the provisioning configuration:
"From Edges within the Site - Configure the phone to obtain provision configuration data from an Edge on your site".
I am getting unknown certificate error in edge logs. once i forcefully upload the certficate(create for manged phones in genesys cloud)in phone, it is working. But it would not solve the issue.

we have to integrate the polycom model phones vvx201 with the gensys cloud. But we are unable to provision the phones. ACL has been opened. Registration is succesful when we create a line key manually on the phone. But provisioning is failing. please help.
