I have a use case to do the screen pop (customer search) based on the Incoming phone number, when the phone is answered, the customized handlers will trigger the URL/API on the client side. the client application is created on HTML/CSS/Angular JS/MVC .NET
Do you have any example, programs, logic or the pointers which does that integration from Genesys to the client customized CRM. we are currently exploring SignalR concept of .NET, but any quick or easy solution is greatly appreciated.
The first thing I would ask is have you tried using "Actions" in PureConnect. If you have a URL that can accept a query string containing the customer phone number, pretty much all of the infrastructure needed to pop a webpage is already in place in the system. You just have to put the phone number into the URL of the action.
