My org has ran into an issue where interaction desktop locks up while in use and needs to get closed through task manager and reopened to be fixed.
This is happening several times a day for our staff, and I am unable to find a fix. Has Anyone dealt with anything similar or know if this is a common issue with 2019 R2 patch 9?
Ive done some googling and tried a dozen solutions and am running out of ideas.
You probably tried uninstall all the patches etc.. and install, right?
Another fix maybe a profile reset that you can copy a running profile from a location (\I3\IC\ClientSettings) on the active server if switchover is in use and rename it to non-working profile and save it. Right after that you need to restart the Interaction desktop.
It may help i believe.
