I also have a question regarding the display of participant data in the interaction view. We do not want to grant supervisors permission to view this participant data. Do you know if there is a permission we can revoke? I noticed there is a permission called 'Conversation > Participant > Attributes View,' but even though supervisors don't have it, they can still see the data

There is technically no limit on how many Participant Data attributes you can add to a conversation. The Details view will only display ones which have a value...not sure if that may be what you are running into.

I'm not sure if you are asking about data you have stored in a Participant Data attribute...sounds like it.
Last I checked, you can only retrieve the first 1024 characters of what you store in an attribute, even though you can store more data in it.

Hi,
My qurey/question is the amount of participant data shown within an interaction, i.e. is there a ceiling limit to what can be displayed ?
We use 'Set Participant Data' task at various juction points so detailing an interctions journey as it travers a flow or flows (Inbound Calls, Bot, Common Module, InQueue etc..). I'm aware of the 'name/value' pairing within this data task and if a name duplication exits then last value is set, but we are seeing interactions missing 'x' number of partiipant data values!
Anyone come across this ?
