But first, a little artist backstory:
A little over a year ago, the Genesys community started the Genesys Rockstars program. It was our way of recognizing members who are always answering questions, posting threads, providing resources, and participating in community events such as betas and Ask Me Anythings. These standout performers were nominated by other community members and adorned with prizes, custom music posters, and a special profile badge.
Since the beginning of this program, we've inducted 18 rockstars! So to commemorate the occasion, we decided to sit down with three of our stars - Cherri Lindquist, Brian Jones, and our first-ever double platinum rockstar, Robert Wakefield-Carl, in this exclusive video that reveals what makes these members headliners in the community. And who knows, they may drop some other diamonds along the way.
