Test the STT by using an Ask for Slot or Ask Yes or No input to see if the connection is working.

Thank you for your message. All Flows within our org are all setup using English United States ('en-us'). This specific error message is no longer appearing in our architect, but now the bot is immediately erroring out when waiting for the user input

Make sure your Inbound Call Flow is setup with the same language as you have set in the bot. Also, check the language set in the flow.

Hello,
We recently added the Microsoft STT engine to our Account and are currently dealing with some issues since switching from the default STT for our dialog bot flow. The flow validated and published just fine with no exceptions but when testing the flow with calls, the bot errors out quickly after entering the flow. I tested by reverting back to the default engine and it worked just fine.
But now trying to re-add the Microsoft engine we are getting an error "Invalid value for Speech to Text Engine ('en-us')"/
I've triple checked that our Azure system is setup correctly and the key and endpoint uri is correct but I'm not sure what could be going wrong. Any advice or suggestions would be great.
