    Hi all,

    We are currently recruiting for a new beta -  Intent Miner Portuguese Support.

    Intent Miner is used to mine agent transcripts on Genesys Cloud and automatically suggest intents and utterances. You can then import these into Genesys Bot Flows or Digital Bot Flows to manage those customer requests using a bot. Intents are ordered so you can focus on your most request asks first. 

    We are currently looking for organizations that meet the following criteria to participate in this Beta:
    * Agent to customer transcripts on Genesys Cloud in Portuguese (pt-pt & pt-br)
    * Bot Flow or Digital Bot Flow support on org - you don't need any bots set up
