Is there a way to trigger an actual alert from the Event Viewer? Under Outbound/Event Viewer we can see information pertaining to when errors, warnings, or other info happened, but we would have to have this constantly pulled up to tell if there is an issue or not. I checked under alerts to see if I could set up an alert to tell me that accounts we were trying to dial received an error, but no such option exists. Does anyone know of an alternative method? This would help us understand when there is an issue immediately and troubleshoot rather than finding out when it is too late.
