  • 1.  purchase voucher for certification

    Hello everybody,
     
     
    I am interested in obtaining Genesys certification, but I cannot find where to purchase the voucher. Is it possible to pay for the course and the test or just by exchanging points through GCAP?
     
    Whenever I enter the certification page, there is a button to request a quote. I have sent several emails and they have never contacted me.
