  • 1.  Queue Metrics Interval Export - Multiple queues

    Hi,

    I am trying to create a "dayshape report" that shows average number of calls per day per 30 minutes interval.

    The best possebilities i have found for this is the report: Queue Metrics Interval Export.

    I am looking to filter in 2 queues TOEGETHER so the data is summed from the 2 queues - When i do the export it is splitting up the data from the 2 queues.

    Is there any way i can filter in both queues and NOT seperate them? Would help me a lot in making the report.

    When you are exporting, are you selecting to include the Summary Rows in the export?
    That should give you the summary information with the total average for the queues selected.  The top row has no QueueId, and that is the summary row.
