Hello.I was wondering if you have the same problem as me with the "reply all" button.When we use "reply all" button, the recipients of my answer include the original email address (on which was received this email).So, if you let like this, th eresponse is once again delivered to an agent, which is not the aim. The agent has to think about suppress the original address in the "to" field. Is it possible not to include automatically this address? Reply to All should not reply to the agent/queue email, only to the addresses in the From and CC addresses. The only way what you describing should happen is if the Email settings are incorrect or someone is placing the to: address in the cc: address.
