  • 1.  Request for Detailed Flow Performance Report Data

I require access to the detailed call statistics that were previously available in the "Flow Performance" report.

Despite the flow being deleted, it is crucial for our records to retrieve historical data related to its usage. I have noticed that the current APIs do not seem to provide a way to query detailed statistics by flow ID after deletion, which has hindered our ability to access this information.

Could you please assist in providing the detailed statistics for the mentioned flow? If there are alternative methods or specific queries that can be run to retrieve this data, your guidance would be greatly appreciated.

    Hey Jovan,

Unfortunately its not possible to get the low level detail once a flow has been deleted, but you should still be able to get the high level aggregate details via the UI or using the following API /api/v2/analytics/flows/aggregates/query

While there are areas like Users and Queues that can report historically, this is not one of those.  If you feel you need this for longer than your deletion policy, rename the Flow with ZZ_OLD_Name so it will be in the system, but people will know not to use it until you performance report retention.
