  • 1.  Restrict Email Attachments

    Trying to find out if possible to restrict agents from attaching attachments or images when they reply to an email.  The customer wants to restrict replies to text only.  I have looked in roles and permissions and could not see anything.  As well if there is the ability to limit the type of attachments, i.e. only PDFs and not PowerPoint files.
