Certification and Training

Hello,

Is there an option in my Genesys Beyond subscription that will allow me to fully test call flows from end to end? Example would be able to make inbound, outbound or callback options.

Do we have access to a general sandbox some place in our Beyond domain account outside of the labs?

As of an environment that you would be to keep for a period longer than 30 days (which is the maximum amount of time Genesys Beyond provides for Self-Study environments), I believe you would have to check with the Genesys CSM (Customer Success Manager) that is assigned to your company, as the training environments would have this limited amount of time and would probably not be suitable for tests that would require time to build.
