Hi all. 

We are wanting to regularly generate a schedule adherence % report for previous day to be emailed to a regular group of users similar to the way you can set up a schedule to export the Agent Performance or Queue Performance type reports.

Is anyone able to help with where this can be done without the use of an API or add on product. #schedule #Reporting #HistoricalAdherence
