We also have occasional issue with 'Agent Status' Scheduled exports and opened a ticket with the Customer Care.
We got replay that there's ongoing issue with Scheduled exports and that Dev Team is fully aware of the situation.
So far we didn't get any response about the estimation when the fix will be applied.
Hope this information helps for you, but we still need to wait for a fix.

I have had this happen to me. I have reports scheduled to run Tuesday - Saturday for yesterday's data and one of them keeps running on Sunday and skipping Tuesday. I think it probably needs a Care ticket, I just haven't gotten around to it yet.

See below - both exports set for same scheduled days, with the time period being yesterdays data...
But the Agent Status report runs on a Monday (15th and the week before the 8th) when it's supposed to run on a Tues (the 16th) to provide Mondays data
