Storage - And I suppose when downloading/streaming it to view, file size is 3 MB/15 mins to 18 MB/15 mins per screen depending on screen resolution.

We are in the middle of rolling this out ourselves, so interested to see if my thinking here is correct.
But I would imagine this is entirely dependent on your Internet bandwidth. If you have low bandwidth then yes I would expect there to be some performance issue. If your bandwidth has capacity of 150-250 kbps per screen per recorded interaction (https://help.mypurecloud.com/faqs/much-bandwidth-screen-recording-require/) then you should be fine.
