  • 1.  Spam Tagging on Outbound Calls

    Wondering if anyone has had any luck with a vendor or solution that specializes in monitoring business telephone numbers, to eliminate spam tagging to cell phones for outbound calls. Most are carrier specific (Hiya (AT&T) and First Orion (T-Mobile). Looking for a single vendor or solution that works with the big three wireless providers AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile.     We fought this problem for many moons, getting a hundred tickets a month from our end-users that we would take and submit to all the parties named in your post. Then we found Neustar and we haven't had to do a thing regarding spam tags since.
