So now you can agree with me that is not usable for the users bevcause many details can be retrieved only if you extract csv and select the value that you want under date column (for example 15sept).
I think that in this area Genesys has a lot of work to do.

I see what you are talking about. You can through the API for sure. How about using the same search but uncheck the No box under Ended. That would get all that started on that date are ended, excluding live ones.

Maybe my question was not complete….
i know that Date is correct as filter but if i want to filter the only interactions started i cannot do that….this happens because, for example, with date filter 15september i will see all interactions started in this day but also the interactions still live and started previous days. I need to export in csv to have a goos filter.

startTime is the correct start time. Remember that all date/time in the API will return UTC but the View will translate that to the local time of the Windows or Mac local system.
