Hello!
I am looking forward to guidance/steps to update an already existing prompt within self-service IVR. I have got new description of the prompt and an updated audio file. We can see the prompt menu where we could change the description and upload the new audio file. However, we aren't sure how to make that change in effect in IVR flow.
Any suggestion/advice would be really helpful.
