    Hi everyone

    Today we've increased the capabilities of Topic Miner, allowing you to mine in messaging interactions too!

    Topic Miner is a great tool, helping you gain an understanding of the Topics your organisation is talking about. Adding messaging interactions too means that you have a full holistic view of what your employees and customers are discussing.


    When setting up a Topic Miner you can simply select 'Message' to ensure you're mining your messaging interactions. All other Topic Miner capabilities remain the same
