If you are transferring direct to queue, you can just set the variable type to queue and then select the queue.

Usually I use the localhost trick when transferring to a flow. But not sure how well that would work with a digital interaction.

Subject: Transfer chat API call
I am trying to do a blind transfer chat but it's coming up as a null queue.
Under Scripter.Blind Transfer, I have Variable: chat%20transfer%20assistant@localhost
And it does not work.
For voice, I have scripter.blind Transfer as fs%20transfer%20assistant@localhost and it works.
Is there something with digital/chat for Blind Transfer that I have to do to make it attach a queue for blind transfer?
Thanks~
