If you are familiar with using the web browser dev tools (Network tab) there should be an error that was returned in one of the API requests here. The request you are looking for is
/api/v2/conversations/messaging/integrations/facebook the request would be a POST or GET. In the API response (Response tab) there should be some error information present, that could help you understand why the integration didn't save correctly. Since there can be many reasons an integration fails to save with Facebook, the UI can't localize every possible error scenario in the popup error window. If you are having trouble gathering this information, or need some help understanding it, please open a case with Genesys Cloud Customer Care. They will be able to gather the needed information from you in order to help you fix the issue.
