We are currently working on a redesign of the UI framework for analytics. We expect that the UX of working with analytics will improve a great deal once the new framework is available. (No ETA yet.) With the new digital views, we were trying to make it easier for our digital-focused customers to find and use views that are important to them. I do understand your concern, though. At this time, we don't have plans to add more sub-views (related views) to existing views.

While I see the advantage of these reports, it is a shame that they could not be part of the existing performance reports with some filter or columns. If we extend this a year or so, how many tabs are we going to have at the top of Agent and Queue views?
