    Hello Genesys Community,

    We are happy to announce the addition of four new performance views that were designed with the digital contact center supervisor in mind.  For more details, please see the announcement in our resource center.  We expect a Q3 2024 delivery.

    While I see the advantage of these reports, it is a shame that they could not be part of the existing performance reports with some filter or columns.  If we extend this a year or so, how many tabs are we going to have at the top of Agent and Queue views?
