    Hi everyone,

    Need help building bots that perform well?

    The Bot Flows team are so excited to start taking applicants for our Intent Health beta. This is an open beta and available to customers, partners, and internal orgs alike - so I encourage you to sign up and share your feedback.

    Apply for the beta here.

    We will open the beta within the next week or 2. Once we enable the feature, we'll add you into our private community so we can all share our thoughts and feedback.

    Hi David,

    Thanks for reaching out to us. We have a private beta community for Intent Health and I can see that you have been sent a request to join but it isn't the same email address that you signed up with so I'm not sure if the invite has went to the wrong person. Let me know if you received an invite.

    We have checked and feature has been activated on your org. Let me post in some information from the Intent Health community that might help:

    •       Pre-requisite: Genesys NLU see docs here
                 - If you cant see Intent Health for a flow, you might need to do a "save as" to upgrade to Genesys NLU.
                 - Please reach out to us if you want more information on Genesys NLU.

    Let me know if you get sorted or need any additional information.

    Language support update:

    Just a quick update to let you know we are working on support for the following languages:

    • French (fr-ca, fr-fr)
    • Spanish (es-es, es-us, es-mx)
    • Dutch (nl)
    • German (de-de)
    • Italian (it-it)
    • Portuguese (pt-br, pt-pt)

    These will be available in the coming weeks. We will keep you updated!
