We will be altering a few UI controls on the Genesys Cloud CX Workforce Management Time-Off Plans UI starting December 7th 2022.
Here are some details about the upcoming changes -

FAQ –
- Am I impacted by this change if I don't use Genesys Cloud CX Workforce Management Time-Off Plans?
No, only users of Workforce Management Time-Off Plans will be impacted.
- Will I need to re-create time-off plans to accommodate this change?
No. If there are any existing time-off plans, they need not be re-created to accommodate this change.
- Why is this change being made?
We constantly work towards keeping our UI frameworks up to industry standard. We are modernizing this page with updated UI frameworks.
- Will this change impact other time-off views?
No, no other time-off views will be impacted.
- Will this change impact any backend time-off plan data?
No, there will be no impact on any data for existing and new time-off plans. The only changes we are making will impact the UI controls, all functionality, data etc continue to remain and work the same.
