Hi All,
I switched on VM transcript in subscription settings and tried to get the transcript for group or personal VM messages. My flow has configured transfer to VM step.
When a message arrives at an agent or personal inbox any transcript is not shown for me.
The documentation says nothing about how the agent handles the transcript for VM, do you have any idea how it works?
Happy to hear any information regarding VM transcripts.
