  • 1.  Voice Mail Transcript

    Hi All,

    I switched on VM transcript in subscription settings and tried to get the transcript for group or personal VM messages. My flow has configured transfer to VM step.

    When a message arrives at an agent or personal inbox any transcript is not shown for me.  

    The documentation says nothing about how the agent handles the transcript for VM, do you have any idea how it works? 

    Happy to hear any information regarding VM transcripts.

    Did you enable this in the ORG settings:

    1. Enable Allow PII in Email Notifications and then turn the Voicemail Transcription toggle switch on or off:
      • ON - Enables voicemail transcription across the organization.
      • OFF - Disables voicemail transcription across the organization.

    Correct.  ACD Voicemail does not have transcription yet.  The idea is under PM review:  https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/INB-I-1265.  Don't look at the original date on it!
