    I've made a custom button in WDE which will set up a call directly to customer by:
    I works fine but I need also to promote call to type: business. Is there a way to do it programmatically?

    What I could to is to direct it through dedicated RP but I would not want to create new, unnecessary objects (RP, strategy etc.)

    Thank you for reaching out. The associated product manager advised, "the approach based on RP and call type override is the way to go since "business call" is fully controlled by SIP server and cannot be specified when placing a MakeCall from a DN." I hope this helps.
