    Hello everyone,

     

    We are excited to announce the availability of Mobile Journey Tracking (see corresponding DXWMM-I-24 Idea here). This feature was specifically designed to collect user navigation across Mobile Screens. It enables your Mobile Developers to send app events directly to new Genesys Cloud API endpoints and create Segments and Outcomes via Admin Console.
