  • 1.  Work Teams - Not able to add to queues

    Is anyone else having an issue with the new Work Teams feature? I've assigned permissions, created a team, but can't assign them to queues or view team information in reports!

    Yes, I have the same issue. Not sure what's going on there. I have access to the Work Teams everywhere else within my organization.

    Yes I am having an issues with the agents not appearing and some divisions are missing from the drop down when creating my first team

    Hi everyone - we are looking into this now.  It looks like one of the UI elements of the feature didn't make it through to production and I'm trying to figure out where it is!  Hopefully we'll have this rectified quickly as adding agents to queues by work team is a great/easy way to manage queue membership.

    Hi Chris!

    is there a chance we receive an update tomorow(13/07) with some fix related with Work Teams?

    I mean, when we look at "people"  just can't find an option "work teams"  in the combobox:
