Rockstars are the archeologists of the Genesys community. What do you mean, Nicole? Just that they dig for answers, resources, and solutions for our members.
And that's exactly why @Daniel Ho nominated our March inductee. He said that our Rockstar was, "…instrumental in helping us uncover an intermittent issue in a beta. His effort has led us to a more robust Genesys Cloud feature rollout upon general availability."
