That library is most likely not up-to-date, since Audio Connector was officially released back in April 2024. Here you have the most recent resources that can help you out:

• Make sure your org has a valid BYOT-E subcription. There is no need for the Audiohook Monitor SKU.

• Get familiar with Audio Connector and how it can fit your company's conversational needs: https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/about-audio-connector/

• You will need to have a 3rd party customer/partner cloud Audio connector server up and running to get your credentials. For more information please check:

  1. Audiohook Protocol Specification - for communications between GC and your Audio Connector Server.

  2. Genesys Audio Connector server reference code - This repo contains code to showcase a simple service that implements the Audiohook protocol for bi-directional communications.

  3. Audiohook developer's forum - for a questions your dev team might have.
