Hi,
Our Outbound teams would like to know if it's possible to dial numbers without having to enter the queue in the "On behalf of Queue" box; it's very repetitive. According to Genesys documentation (see below) there should be a setting that would automatically "remember the last selected queue". I don't see the setting.
Could anyone assist me with this?
