We are currently working on adding this functionality which is planned to be available later this quarter. This Idea can be tracked in the Ideas Lab under Idea CLINB-I-263. The Idea also includes a screen shot showing how this is being implemented.

My customer ask us a question regarding the supervisor in Purecloud,
Is it possible for a Supervisor to put his agent who was in "Not Responding status" to be in "Idle" status in order to take the interactions ?
If he can do it by using Purecloud Administration webpage ?
