    HI Team,

I am facing an issue with screen pop action.

I have a custom web services URL integrated with Cloud and the flow is like

if customer call the my cloud its carputers ANI and Store TFN and sending it to webservices.
then web services call a URL with all the customer details using ANI numbers.

Now I need an flow like once calls comes to user after user answering the call then web services URL must be called but now its was opening once calls alerting to user.

Please guide me with solution for my issue.

    Hi Raghava:

If I understood your issue, you want to restrict to the agent to interact with your custom script only once the agent answer the interaction.
We solved this by restricting any action button that can get triggered by an agent using the following validation:
    1. If {{Scripter.Interaction State}} Equals Connected => enable action to get triggered when agent click the button.
    2. Else => not excecute the button action.
    And it worked for us.

I think (you can test it and confirm to us) that by selecting your URL container layout and set its "Visible" property to a boolean variable that set its value with the 1) validation that we described, or by setting a button to display your URL information using the same strategy we did, you can get your issue solved.

I expect this recommendation works for you.
