    Hello All,

    We have several small contact centers that we have stood up on PureConnect Cloud - 5-15 agents. For ANY site that wishes to move to Genesys we require the location have a minimum of a 50M MPLS. Normally we spend several thousand dollars to have our partner run thessite assessments but recently they have stopped doing them and now they recommend Genesys directly. 

    Do any of you run your own site assessments to ensure bandwidth is sufficient for QoS on VoIP with CC Volume?  Especially for smaller sites? If so what products do you use?
