Hey Everyone, The Genesys Online Community is about to launch the "Welcome Community"! For now, it is only available to current members and you must be signed in to view it, but we are looking forward to it being a great place for new members and site guests to learn about the community. We could use your help in getting it started. Can you help?Our mission with this community is to give community members a town square of sorts, a first stop to get comfortable in the community. A place where, members can learn how to register for the site, stay informed on community and Genesys updates, and meet and welcome members who are making an impact in our community. Here is what you can expect:Updates on Resource Sites - Genesys has a lot of great resources and sites available, with more coming soon. Here, you can learn more and ask questions about the tools we all use. Community Updates - Sometimes the community has events, contests, and even...I hate to admit...BUGS. This will be where we post vital updates that impact our members' experience. Member Highlights - We want to celebrate member achievements and give you a chance to get to know your community.Here is what you can NOT expect:Product Discussions - This forum is not a place to ask product questions. However, if you have a question and are not sure the best place to ask it, this is a great place to ask. How you can help:Introduce Yourself - We want to get to know you.Take our Community Debut Challenge - Most of you should be close to receiving it! Just finish a few items and earn a badge and maybe a prize along the way.Register for a Meet N Greet with Matt & Nicole - This May Matt and Nicole and going to be pressing the Join button on zoom and would love to have say hi over coffee, or your beverage of choice.
