    Hi All,

    I am looking for a direction on following questions and hoping some one else may already know the answer. Thanks in advance. 

    Platform: Genesys Engage - OnPrem 

    - How to change default Bot SVG image to another one?

    - Where do you set Bot default idle timeout value?

    Hi Ameet,

    For the first point, this will need you to customize Genesys chat widget HTML/JS for chatbot messages.

    For the second point, have you checked botgateway server options and chat server options?
