It's officially summer! We have some hot days to look forward to, and some "hot" capabilities being released to Genesys Cloud WEM, as well. 😉
It's simple! Much like quarantined millennials hunt for bugs in their Animal Crossing islands, us WEM community members will have 1 month to track down and collect a series of content pieces related to Coaching in Quality Management and Quality Management as a whole.
We will give you a list of items to gather, and all you have to do is collect as many as possible before sending a direct message to our Community moderators to win one of three Genesys Beyond Technical Certification exam vouchers!
Different items will earn you different amounts of points, so the more you find, the better; but you can submit your entry even if you haven't gotten all of them. At the end of the contest, Workforce Engagement Community moderators will tally up the points and announce the winners.
You can either send us a link or a screenshot of your findings. For bonus points, you can just write out the answer to the question we pose.
Oh! And don't feel like you need to rush to submit your entry… because we have a surprise.
For the duration of the contest, we will be giving you a hint for finding a some of the requested items every Tuesdays in the WEM Community. So be sure to check back on Tuesdays to increase your chances of claiming one of our prizes.
The event will be open from June 17th at 12:00 to July 30th at 20:00.
All community members that have joined the Workforce Engagement community are eligible to participate. This means you must have joined the Workforce Engagement community to win!
Genesys employees are not eligible to participate in the Scavenger Hunt. (Sorry, guys, it's too easy for us. 😅)
Participants must send a direct message to our WEM Community Moderators here to submit their completed scavenger hunt list.
Winners will be announced on Friday, July 31st.
