    Hi guys

    This is my first post, sorry if I ask you something that is obviously for everyone.
    My team is currently using Genesys Cloud WFM, but we cannot see the "Time off requests pane" and the agents have all the permissions.
    What do you know about this situation, something different about the Prerequisites and what should we know?

    Nothing has changed in regards to required permissions and I just accessed this functionality in a production environment.

    https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/about-workforce-management-roles-and-permissions/ - comprehensive documentation on WFM permissions; click on expandable sections for agent/admin

    Just to make sure agents are attempting to locate time off requests in the correct area the location is: Performance > My Performance > Schedule (tab) > (calendar icon at top right of schedule page)
