why is it that i can run a report, the same report multiple times and get different information. i have recently noticed that there are times when i will run an Agent Activity Summary export and half the data on some reps will be all zeros.

    then if i run it again sometimes it will correct the zerod data.

    Also..... when a person isn't here why does it return zeros for data. wouldn't that be n/a or blank?
