I'm having some trouble assigning a language to a call flow.
the goal is to have a menu, where the caller chooses the language. After that, the audio should be played in the chosen language .
I have configured supported languages :
I recorded a user prompt, which contains different recordings per language
English is linked to language skill Anglais
And I created a menu:
So If the caller chooses Anglais, the Pre-Transfer Audio should be played in English.
If the caller chooses Français, the pre-transfer Audio should be palyed in French,...
But it doesn't, whatever choice is made, the prompt is only played in English.
And in the following in-queue flow, the language choice is also ignored.
What am I doing wrong ?
