We would like to have an option to add priority on queues without using Architect. If you have a customer that called to sales and the agent needs to transfer them to service for more help... We would like to add some priority to that transfer so they don't end up in the end of that queue.
It could be similar to the priority within Architect. Five stars or Expression.

I don't understand why you don't want to use Architect to set the prioirty. Could you let me know what you intend on using instead?
