    In the PureCloud 2017 & 2018 roadmap webinar on the 30th of November, slide 23 in the integration column, states a Q4 planned launch for PureCloud for Salesforce - Dialer Campaign Management under "Integration." Our organization is right in the middle of a project to initiate outbound power dialing campaigns for inbound Leads. Right now it is working, although in a very inefficient manner. This ability would greatly increase its efficiency and adoption.

    Alex,

     

    That is a feature that is still under development with the end of the year as the TARGET date for availability. As with any software development project, dates are only estimates and should not be construed as a commitment for delivery.
