    Hello,

     

    How do you activate/deactivate the voicemail notification email ? I know that the user needs to have the receive voicemail right to receive voicemails. Is there a way to toggle on or off the email notification ?

    Hello Marco,

     

    Thank you for contacting that Community! There isn't currently a way to toggle off/on the email notification that a user receives. It can be done as an organization by enabling/disabling HIPAA in the organization. Here is a Resource Center article that talks about that:

    If you look under the section "What is different in PureCloud with HIPAA compliance enabled?" it states the following:

     

    • In HIPAA-compliant organizations, PureCloud does not send email notifications to inform users of new voicemails, including personal and group ring voicemails.  PureCloud users in HIPAA-compliance organizations will continue to receive in-app notifications for new voicemails, and can listen to voicemails by accessing their inbox.
