I am pleased to announce the feature ‘Clients’ is now globally available September 13th at 9am EST. Clients is an extension of the Authorized Organizations feature that is specifically for Partners. Combined with ‘External Organizations’ the Clients feature becomes a richer experience for your Services and Support staff. Clients is the first feature within PureCloud targeted specifically for Partners to provide quick, frictionless access to your customers.

This feature creates a dashboard of paired organizations for a Partner providing them immediate auto-login capability and an audit log of login/logout events of your engineers in customer orgs. Clients allows your engineers to pair with customers as well. Documentation on Clients is located here: https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/about-clients/
