    We are based in Bath, UK and have around 30 agents. Currently we are using voice and email and we hope to bring web chat online over the next few months.

     

    It would be great to speak with other UK customers of a similar size and share ideas or perhaps even a site visit.?

    Just kidding, we are based in Netherlands.
