    Hi,

     

    Is there a way of changing the active directory sync settings to automatically force everyones primary voice to be their cell phone?

    This can be handled easily with the AD Connector UI config tool. 

    Map the AD field mobile (User.Mobile) to the user's Work Phone in PureCloud (contactInfo.phone_work).
